How to use Call Coaching?


In order to take advantage of Call Coaching services, you should have access to a device you choose to use during your coaching session (laptop with wifi, or a mobile phone). Make sure you are in a quiet place and minimise distractions to focus and have some privacy. You can always send us an email with your questions. We love feedback :)




What are the services we have?


We have two types of services: 1. Immediate calls - this is a service where people want the coaching session on the moment. It's a 20 minutes online session with a certified coach and once it's booked it will be delivered by our coaching team within less than 2 hours on the day it was booked. 2. Schedule call - this is a service the client books in advance. With access to the calendar of top executive coaches, the clients are able to schedule their online coaching session whenever they want.




I booked a session but I couldn't attend it. What happens now?


We will do our best to reschedule your session according to our coaches' availability. On the immediate call services it is impossible to reschedule your session as the immediate call is a service you pay for that specific moment. On scheduled calls, you may ask for a rescheduling of your session. However, you must do that within at least a 24 hour period. Other terms and conditions may apply when our services are acquired by a company.
